Manufacturing Partnership Model
The goal of the partnership model is to become trusted partners of our customers, whereby we are continually improving the manufacturing of our customer's products, leading to benefits such as:
-
faster lead times
-
More reliability in terms of quality and delivery times
-
Cost savings
-
More transparency over supply chain
-
More confidence in your manufacturer to have your best interest as the priority.
Whether taking a prototype into production for the very first time or taking a part that has long been produced in the same way and trying to improve the manufacturing process given the latest technology advancements in terms of automation, software, tooling and the training and development of our engineers.

We are effectively lending our culture of always trying to be 1% better every day to our customers and applying the benefits of this to their entire manufacturing process, not just one part of their supply chain which would be the role of a traditional subcontractor.

We want to be more than just a subcontractor - we want to be your partner.

Launching Manufacturing
-
Manage the entire supply chain. We will keep as much as possible in house for transparency and minimising lead times and cost. Anything outsourced goes to suppliers we have previously vetted and have a good relationship with.
-
Regular feedback meetings and communication. We have an open door policy.
-
Business and product promotion using our own marketing platforms and networks if appropriate.
